So the house band needs to be given an arrangement? If that's the case, a lead sheet in D isn't going to help you. If the band arranges the chart, it doesn't matter what key you give them it in... you just need to make sure they know the finished thing needs to be in D. They will be able to transpose.

Here is a MIDI file if you want it. No idea what key its in, but whatever it is, you can transpose it into whatever you want using Cubase and print out the part, if that's what you really want to do.
