I dunno. Speaking for myself, "Badass" conjures up images that are not a guy sitting at a console, moving faders.

I do like the idea that your book can save a newbie a considerable percentage of their lifetime that could be otherwise spent screwing up. I really think you should work that concept into the title. It *
suggests* a level of confidence bestowed on the reader,
as well as a guarantee- and everyone likes a guarantee!
