Hey Guys...
Here are two short clips that I made last month while trying to get my mixing chops up to snuff. These songs really arent my style, but I find that its much easier to mix and record music that isnt so heavy. I only recorded about 40 seconds of each song.
The first one is very Santanaish...Hence the name of the clip.
The secong clip is a cross between Pink Floyd and Metallica.....Hence the Name of that clip.
Everything was mixing and tracked in Sonar 6 Producer. I can go back and see what effects I used, and how everything was recorded. Im pretty sure that I recorded all guitars and bass direct through my gnx3, and drums are dfh.
