7.4 is out and available today. If you buy a system today and it has 7.3 they would very likely upgrade you to 7.4 for free. I bought a 6.9 system when 7.3 was the latest and they upgraded me to 7.3 for free. I'd be surprised if they didn't do the same for you. Call customer support to be certain, or check at the duc forums.
