Well, if you haven't by now, I would suggest calling Yamaha's support. It sounds like you have not selected the ASIO drivers. Check the configuration setup menu in Cubase. One reviewer complained about needing to "Push the USB button everytime", whatever that means. It looks like no one here has experience with your mixer. Sorry
