could I turn up lower frequencies on the eq to make the kick stand out more?
Maybe. That may end up in disaster.

my software expired so I cant mix it down to an mp3 right now.
Just mix it down to wav and use Razorlame to convert it to mp3.

The guitars REALLY hurt @ about 4Khz. Crank it up LOUD and you'd what I'm talking about. Pulling them down 1-2dB may drastically improve the tone of them.

Is there a bass in this song? If there is I'm not hearing any of it.

The kick is audible, but woofy and undefined. For this type of music, it needs to have lot of smack. There is nothing you can do now, I gues.

The snare is dull. Normally, I'd suggest that you use specific compression methods and maybe a little EQ to brighten it up a little bit and reduce it's boxiness.

On the vocals, I'd compression the shit out of them. They get loud and jump out of the mix and then the next work they may fall into the mix. Aggressive compression is very typical in rock / metal type of stuff. I'd take a compressor, set the attack and release to be as fast as possible. Set the ratio to 3:1 and then adjust the threshold until you are getting between 6-12dB of reduction on the loudest parts. Then adjust the volume accordingly.

I'd expect the vocals to sound 32,532 times better. This will make it much easier to add the right kind of reverb on the vocal as well.

But i should possibly turn the kick down now?
I thought you recorded all these to one track?
