What recording sequencer are you using? That sample is most likely from a drum machine, keyboard, or soft synth. That sub bass boom is in the 50-90hz region, probably closer to 50 or 60. You could boost the shit out of this on a kick drum and send it to a reverb with a gate. Waves' RBass works really well for getting the sub bass too.

I'd try using a signal generator (theres a stock one in Pro Tools), generate a signal in this region, paste it over each kick hit and send it to the reverb.
