If you can, go and play them. I personally think that my CME UF5 has a really nice definite key action, and in comparison have found M-Audio keys to be somewhat spongey and lacking definition. It might be different on the keyboard you're looking at.

If you're a piano player, you may well regret not getting the biggest keyboard you can afford/find space for. Personally, I find a four octave keyboard big enough for everything I do.
