Shit, I can huck CDs at a trash can all day long and get the same results.
The bottom line is they made money the longer they can keep you in the casino, pulling the lever.

Lastly, the worst thing that happens is they cost you valuable time and get you doubting yourself, your ability, your proficiency and your validity as an artist just to take your money. If that isn't the definition of an abusive relationship, I'll eat my hat.
