Hi all,
I was hoping someone here can give me some advice or sugest some reading on creating samples for MIDI use.
I want to record some different types of percussion sounds and then seperate them into single notes so i can then use them as MIDI inputs. either record from my MIDI key board or manualy write them in a drum editor.
I have not done anything along these lines so i need to start from the basics, Im not even sure if i am using the correct terminology in calling it sampling.
Im not to bad with using the MIDI editors via VST's etc but i have no idea how to create new sounds for them.
