Larry, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! That was it! I really appreciate your efforts for me! It wasn't called "Stereo Mix", on my system it was called "Wave Out Mix". It wasn't checked, and when I checked it the volume was set at the bottom. I raised the volume all the way up and it works now. I just wonder how it was set off? Perhaps some program I installed took it on itself to turn it off? I thought I tried everything, but it takes an expert to know what to look for. Again, THANKS!!! Steve
