Default Hiss and mastering tapes..
I've searched around for some answers on this as I know it's a common one.
What I want to know is if I have the right tools for removing tape hiss and mastering.

I have Cubase SX with the TC Native bundle and Soundforge 6.0.

I need to unhiss and make my tapes sound as good as I can.

If this has been answered before and you can point me to the right thread that's cool.

Also I have no idea how to master at all or what's involved. Is there a tutorial or anything and again do I have the right tools?
