hi. im trying the ableton live for home recording after i couldnt solve my problems with cubase. but i kinda have the same problem, so i think its either my computer is not strong enough or im doing something wrong. i have problems with this program crashing or freezing in every 3-4 minutes. also during recording with or without playback of previous tracks, it jams for a tiny bit for multiple times so i get out of sync. it seems like my computers performance is not enough, but i have an avarage dual core 1.9 ghz with 1 gb ddr2 ram. if this is sufficient, could someone tell me how i can solve the performance issues? if its not, then what do i have to do to make some music? im really frustrated because i just got a new hardware interface and its been sitting there for 1 week.
