If you go to DEVICES, VST INPUTS. It will tell show you all the physical inputs available. If you have six you should see 3 pairs of inputs. Make sure they are all switched on.
To assign individual tracks to these 6 inputs click on the input box at the top of the channel in the mixer, it should give you the choice of all 6. Click on the one you want and do the same for the other 5 tracks.
This iput choice is also in the inspector window.
The Help function is useful for this kind of thing.
